Brown, Roberts & Associates is a coaching business born out of a passion for helping others. We are led by Tauhric Brown who began his career as a squad leader in the US Army and continued to help individuals, teams and organizations grow throughout his thirty-six years in public and private sector work.
Powered by Focal Point Coaching, we provide leadership and business coaching for individuals and businesses who want to grow, learn, develop and thrive.
Giving Back
Corporate and social responsibility is a backbone of our company. We want to be a part of the solution to address workforce shortages in many of our nation’s most vital professions. Our intention is to provide scholarships for college bound students who plan to pursue a profession in education, health and human services, social work, and mental and behavioral health.
