Tauhric Brown
Tauhric Brown has a passion for partnering with non-profit leaders and entrepreneurs to help them keep their “eyes on the ball” to grow the businesses and organizations they lead. He has a proven track record of leading successful retail franchises and non-profit organizations to challenge the status quo and develop innovative and creative responses to business challenges which leads to enhanced competitive advantages. Tauhric began his career in the United States Army, serving as an administrative/personnel clerk and he worked his way through various leadership roles, during which he completed his undergraduate education.
Tauhric is a graduate of Colorado Technical University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. He obtained his master’s degree in the Science of Management from Colorado Technical University in 2017. His formal education combined with practical lived business experience is what fuels his desire to ask the right questions to uncover the root causes to many business challenges which ultimately results in leaders unlocking their potential to respond effectively and efficiently.

Tauhric Brown is the Founder & CEO of Brown, Roberts & Associates LLC, and does business as Focal Point Business & Leadership Coach.
He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors for Indy Hunger Network, a Board Member of Indianapolis Urban League, Board Member of Home Repairs for Good. He also is a donor to nonprofit organizations such as ARC Indiana, Milestone Senior Services, CICOA Aging & In-Home Solutions, and Family & Children Services of Kalamazoo Michigan.
Tauhric is originally from Atlanta, Georgia, and currently resides in Indianapolis, Indiana, where he enjoys playing golf and spending as much time with his grandchildren as possible.
Tauhric gives back through the volunteering of his time, talent and treasure and is excited to provide scholarships to college bound students who meet the criteria and eligibility requirements.
